We used ABF U-Pack Moving for my Mother-in-laws recent move from South Florida (Royal Palm Beach Location) to North Carolina (Fletcher). It was a WONDERFUL experience. We received an on-line quote, then called for a reservation. The staff was very nice and able to answer my long list of questions. We decided to do Same Day Pick-up and Guaranteed delivery by 5pm on our decided day. The day of our pack, we were told the truck would drop off the container between 8am and 12pm. At 7:45am they pulled in, awesome! The driver explained everything about loading the truck and using the ramp before he left. We had a few questions during the packing process and we called the company. They were quick to solve our issues and we were off packing again! Once we were finished packing, we called the local terminal and they arrived within the hour.

At our destination, we were late in calling to confirm a delivery for the next day (we were supposed to call before 5pm- we called at 6:30pm), they were very nice and said they were sure they could set up an early morning delivery even though we were the ones at fault. Sure enough, they arrived at 9am! Our items arrived just as we packed them and with minimal dings (That is to be expected-we packed it!) All the drivers were wonderful and it was just an overall great experience!
