I purchased a vehicle on ebay from a man in New Mexico. I was in Afghanistan at the time (April 17th) and I was hoping to have it shipped to my address in Tennessee by the time I arrived home. I spoke with Larry, of Express Auto Transport, and he told me one to seven days from preferred pickup date which was April 22nd. I paid them in full, $1020.00, on April 17th with the anticipation of having the vehicle home sometime by the end of the month. On April 26th the previous owner and myself had not heard anything from EAT so I left two voice mails which were not returned. I then left a threatning email which I did receive a phone call but only got broken promises. Finally on May 12th I had still not heard from EAT. I decided I wanted a refund of the $1020.00. I telephoned them and was told I would get a full refund. I thought they would refund my credit card right then but they said they would cut me a check in one to seven days. After a week I telephoned them to see what the hold up was and I was told it would be 10 business days and the check would be sent out on May 27th. On June 9th I telephoned them to see what was the hold up on my money and was told it was sent regular mail without any way of tracking it.

This company defrauds customers by booking transports they know they can’t fulfill and then take their sweet time refunding people’s money. It is now June 12th and I still don’t have my money. I called them today but only got voice mail.

I hate Express Auto Transport. By the way I ended up flying to New Mexico and driving my truck the 1375 miles back to Tennessee.
