The end of March we paid Gates Moving of Venice(now Sarasota)FL to do the packing of our breakables and move all our household furniture and breakables to their warehouse until we were ready to have it all moved to our new home in TN. We paid monthly for 5 vaults to be stored in their warehouse. First week of June we had them move it to TN only to find that our teak wood dining room table from Denmark and patio furniture was not on the truck and no one knew where it was. It took over two weeks for them to find one of the vaults in one of their warehouses in FL. We have been given a new delivery date for it to reach us here in TN, but we are being told THEY CAN NOT FIND A DRIVER AND OUR ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED OVERFLOW. Right now we do not know if we will ever see our furniture.

Not only that….when we received the early June delivery, the driver told us there would be another person coming to complete the set up of our huge teak wood entertainment wall unit. He did not know who or when but the office would know that. WE FOUND OUT THAT WAS A LIE!!! There was no one assigned or going to do that. Even though the salesperson that signed us up knew about it and the fellas that moved the furniture out of our FL home had to take it apart. The driver left with parts for it all over the living room. We are seniors and not able to set it up so had to fly our son in from out of state to do it for us.

UNHAPPY WITH ALL THIS AND NOT HAVING OUR BEAUTIFUL TABLE IS HEART BREAKING THAT NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH!!! AND WE PAID FOR THIS. THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY!!! SERVICE…..NO!!! One and a half months and still waiting!
