I had ABF U-Pack send me quotes like so many others did and found that they “buy by the space” price was the best $1,999 for 12 feet of space on a 28 foot truck. $89 a foot for anything extra, and $495 for storage if needed. They dropped it off on a Friday morning, July 25th and we loaded it the whole weekend in which they came and picked it up on the following Monday morning, July 28th. We ended up using 14 feet instead of 12 ft. so they charged us $89 per foot for a total of and extra $178. They shipped our items from Kansas CIty, MO to Las Vegas, NV with our things arriving on the Friday the August 1st on the same week the came to pick it up. I was able to track it’s whereabouts. They actually told me at pickup that it was going to Albuquerque, NM for a day or too before heading to Vegas. We ended up having to keep the truck in storage since we had not yet found a place to live. Once we did find a place we call them, they dropped it off within 4 hours of use calling them. We unloaded it, which took another 4 hours. I called them expecting them to not be able to pick it up until the following day but they came around midnight (I called for pickup at 9:30 PM) to pick it up and BAM we were done. Both the pickup and drop off drivers were very informative, courteous and helpful. Great job from a great company. I would definitely use their no hassle service again and again.
