It was a horrible experience.

The person who picked up my car was ok, but the person who delivered it was not.

He did not communicate at all. I left several phone messages asking a return call, but I had received no return call.

At last my car arrived. I checked the exterior of it and gave money the person who delivered it (I had to go back in my office for a meeting). He left with the money. When I opened the door of my car at the end of the day, I was shocked. The driver seat and the passenger seat were so dirty. Grease marks were all over the seats. I, then, remembered the guy who delivered it was extremely dirty. I sat at the edge of my seat and drove home. Very next day I had my car cleaned. The interior cleaning was $90. After the cleaning I had another shock: I found burned mark from ashes of cigarette. I, then, remembered the guy had smoked when he had unloaded my car. I am really mad at that guy. I have another car to ship from Chicago to Santa Clara. I am not going to use the service that this company provides.
