Two men In a Truck Two Men and a Truck Moving Company

They were suppost to meet us at our storage unit at 9:00 am and they showed up 30 min LATE at 9:30 am. This wasn’t a problem for us really until they tried to charge us at the end of the moving. they moved from 9:30 am to 1:50pm which rounded up is 4 hrs 30 min. They wanted to round up to the next hour and charge us for 5 hrs and would not compromise. Who gets paid for the time they are late for work? It was a joke. Also they charged us $102 traveling fee, but we were also charge the hourly fee while traveling on top of the “$102″ that was suppost to cover that. They damaged a handle on one of the cabinets and we wanted to write a damage report but they refused to write it up and said it wasn’t a big deal. When we got to the apartment where the things were to be unloaded they wanted some water, only problem everything we had was packed up and couldn’t provide them with something to drink and they were offended by this telling us that they needed something to drink because it was hot. I understand and if I had it avaiable I would have given it to them. I figured they would have came prepared. They took there time moving everything and even ADMITTED that it doesn’t usually take them so much time to move the amount of things we had. Luckily everything was in the apartment before they asked for payment and we paid them what we calculated to be correct. They were trying to scam us for $100.
